Memphis groove masters On and Ohn make their Music Video Monday debut today. The combo of Beatmasta B on vocals, Johnny Jamz on Electronics, Triple L on Drums, and multi-instrumentalist Zaxxon dropped a video for the first single from their latest record Impromptu Games, “Roombas From Mars.”
Johnny Jamz says the song is “a recursive search for opulence hidden in echoes from the future.”
The music video is pleasingly glitchy. Jamz says, “It stars K8 Tha Gr8 wandering downtown Memphis at night, picking up some strange company along the way. It’s got a trippy vibe, lo-fi energy, and some unexpected turns.”
