Hell's Kitchen, the cooking reality show led by super-screamy chef Gordon Ramsay, is holding a casting call for its 9th season on Wednesday, November 17th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Hard Rock Cafe on Beale.

From the release:

CASTING is searching for Chefs, 21 and over, who are outspoken, competitive and can stand the HEAT in one of the MOST EXCLUSIVE and TOUGHEST kitchens in the world. Applicants must be passionate, skilled at their craft and aim to become the next winner of “HELL’S KITCHEN.”

According to a publicist for the show, the November 17th event will be a meet-and-greet with no cooking involved. Individuals who impress the producers will then be scheduled for a one-on-one camera interview at a later date.

"We are so excited about our Memphis opening in early spring. It’s such an honor for all of us at Hattie B’s to be a part of the community, and we look forward to seeing our many Memphis friends and meeting new hot chicken lovers real soon," says Nick Bishop Sr., co-owner of Hattie B's Hot Chicken.
