More Details on Cochon 555

Pig lovers and wine-guzzlers, we have more news for you! Cochon 555 has announced the five chefs and wineries for the Memphis leg of its national swine, wine, and dine competition. On February 4th foodies will congregate at the Columns at One Commerce Square downtown for a snout-to-tail menu made with heritage breed hogs and paired with wines from family wineries.

Kelly English of Restaurant Iris in Memphis
Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen in Memphis
Chris Hastings of Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham (instead of Gerard Craft of Niche in St. Louis, which we reported in November)
Lee Richardson of Ashley’s at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock
Kevin Nashan of the Sidney Street Café in St. Louis

Elk Cove Vineyards in Gaston, Oregon
Chase Cellars in St. Helena, California
Saldo in Rutherford, California
Davis Family Vineyards in Healdsburg, California
