The Tennessee Equality Project (TEP) is hosting a meet-and-greet with the Memphis City Council candidates endorsed by it's political action committee on Tuesday, August 30th from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Hi-Tone Cafe.

Attendees may also purchase a $5 straw poll ballot to vote for their favorite mayoral candidates. Proceeds benefit TEP's PAC.

For more on the event, check out this Facebook event page.

On another note, I'm going on vacation until Tuesday, so posts will return when I do.
