Coronavirus Positivity Rate Dips on Sunday Testing Blitz

New coronavirus cases in Shelby County rose by 85 from Sunday to Monday as 1,843 tests were given, one of the highest daily testing numbers to date. That testing put the day's positivity rate at around 3.6 percent. So far, a total of 42,239 coronavirus tests have been given here. No new deaths were recorded and the death toll remained at 67.
