Memphis is Second-Cheapest Place to Live in America

Hey, Memphis, we're the second-cheapest place to live in America, right behind the thriving metropolis of Harlingen, Texas. This is according to the results of a survey conducted by the The Street and reaggregated at Huffington Post.

Memphis is by far the largest city among the Top 10, so we got that going for us. Surely there's a way we should be spinning this to our advantage, right? Here's the link.
