Actually, Beverly Cruthirds, a volunteer for this weekend’s Clanjamfry on the grounds of Evergreen Presbyterian Church, was unsure if this infamous Scottish delicacy would be available at this year’s festival. Seems sheep stomachs aren’t always easy to come by around these parts.
