Re: “Gary Hardy and The Memphis 2

Memphis visitors, this is THE PLACE to go for the best food in Memphis! Order the Beale Street plate that has pork ribs, more catfish fillets, and all the trimmings. I am a chow hound, but I could not finish the plate. We drove from Corpus Christi, Tx to Memphis to tour Graceland, Sun Records, and eat lots of the famous Memphis food. I studied all the Memphis restaurants on my computer; and Corky's was rated #1, and we did try it. It was nothing compared to Blues City Café. We ate at the Rendezvous and other famous or well known restaurants, and I promise that the Blues City Café is the best. Blues City Café is located across the street from B.B. King's place and it is an elbows on the table, no frills kind of place--but the food is fantastic!
There is a bar/club attached and the Gary Hardy band was playing. His show consists of a music history of Memphis and he has a Q&A format. However, if you answer a question he is rude and insulting. If your answer it wrong, he screams "You are stupid as hell!" He looks unwashed, dirty, and homeless and it appears that alcohol and drugs destroyed any and all talent that he might have once possessed. There is no cover charge; and even for free, it is not worth it. Gary Hardy is a loser and should be avoided. Other nights of the week there are some entertaining bands at this club.

Re: “Levitt Shell 2013 Concert Music Series

I see someone beat me to it - The Patti Griffin/Mavis Staples show at the Levitt Shell is our annual benefit concert. It is not free! It is a reasonable $25 in advance, $35 at the gate. Advance tickets can be purchased at the Levitt Shell website. Also, for this show only, patrons cannot bring in outside food, so no coolers!

Re: “Agricenter Farmers Market

I went to the pumpkin patch near the red barn where the nursery is today around 4:45 PM. The older women at the check-out seemed to be very upset that slaves were freed more than 100 years because she treated me like a 2nd class citizen. She didn't say hello like she did with the women in front of me and she asked that I put my card down so she could pick it right back up to swipe it. Then with my hand out waiting on my card back she tossed it on the counter I didnt even to get to use the ink pen that other customers used. She had to search for a pen that I could use when she had 3 next to check out. I should have known something was wrong being the only black couple there. I should have asked around on the chitlin circuit. She didn't look at my face or thank me, I had to remain nice so didn't upset my son. I'll be sure to return alone just to give her a piece of my mind.

Tawnee Cowan managed to disrupt several interwoven groups of activists up here in Seattle between late May and September 2013. She used facebook and in-person contacts with those among or associated with a well know activist group formerly named Salish Circa (that fb page is still up if you want to chime in there) to initiate conflict. While at a GMO protest march last May 25, a Robert Vincent- who we now know to actually have been an informant AND also convicted Rapist Robert Childs- gave Tawnee the invite to come join in the Salish Circa events. Very suspicious set of circumstances from the get go in hindsight. From that platform she tried to get access to/ try to befriend VERY quickly and aggressively (yet with feminine techniques) as many activists as possible in a very short amount of time. Tawnee knows how to draw attention to herself in various ways. She is quite savvy with people skills, has abundant energy, thinks she knows what is best for you and how to help you, will want to learn very personal things about you such as whether you are a victim of abuse, wants to be in the limelight and positions of power or influence, etc. She told me that she travels a lot and also that when things go wrong she disappears for a couple of years. She may have aliases she goes under and may change her appearance. If you are affiliated with a caring hardworking group of nice folks, be very aware of a surprise assault by this woman. So far as I know she loves to infiltrate groups and cause overflowing amounts of conflict. The good thing about the Seattle incident is that whether by accident or on purpose by her or the FBI, she hastened the ostracizing of the informant rapist who she claims to have molested her and was too assertive sexually. Enough folks caught on to her dangerous ways - some before her molestation claims and some afterwards. Eventually she was essentially ostracized. Her male room mate (who is either oblivious to the details of Tawnee's disruptions process or is/was in cahoots with her (as he appeared on the Salish Circa fb page when he saw an opportunity to add salt to conflict wounds) claims Tawnee left Seattle (sometime in Late August or early September). She may be preparing to get to you or your group so make sure you really take the time get to know someone in person- not online- before you get very close or let them have any influential place in your life/group's life. Peace! And fast recovery to all affected by her. Good luck to all needing to deal with her now.

Re: “"Math Errors in the Holy Bible"

If you count Thursday night.. That is three nights. Considering that his crucifixion would have been most of the day and his body laid to rest that night.
Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night.
Friday day, Saturday day, and Sunday day.
