Re: “Memphis Brigade of the Sons of Confederate Veterans Facebook Posts & Comments

LoveBC, The Crazy Horse statue/memorial is on private land. If the Confederate necrophiliacs want to build a giant statue of Forrest buggering one of his slave boys **on private property**, more power to 'em; get their Mapplethorpe on.
But excellent point comparing Custer and Forrest.

Crazy House was also a excellent light cav leader, like Forrest, that owned LTC George Custard. Custard captured more confederate flags than any other union officer, and as a brevet MG, Custard's aggressive attacks on Lee's Army of Virginia brought a quicker end to the civil war.

Therefore, are we to keep the statues of Crazy Horse since he also raised arms against the Federal Government?

Toby, Toby, Toby......when I googled "swarthy" images of pirates popped up as in "Pirates of the Caribbean"....arrrr, arrrr! LOL! Please.....nothing whatsoever to do with race. An English seafarer could be described as "swarthy" if he'd been tanned by the sun while sailing his pirate ship. I guess you have never been on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World! Your journalistic approach has changed a lot in four years and not for the better, that's a shame! I have a recipe for you: SWARTHY PIRATE'S COFFEE - INGREDIENTS: 1 oz. Spiced Rum, 6 oz Coffee, Splash of Vanilla Extract. DIRECTIONS: Start if off with a hot cup of coffee, brand doesn't matter. Add spiced rum and top if off with just a splash of vanilla extract. Serve with cookies and invite all the Marxist Flyer's snowflakes.

Re: “Memphis Pets of the Week (March 16-22)

It would take hundreds of acres to house all these innocent, adoptable companions who deserve good homes. Please consider these animals instead of shopping for your next best friends! Two together will keep each other company while you are away and they are NOT ISOLATED.

Re: “Ikea Memphis

Who cares why or how much in tax breaks, it's about development and jobs and there two things Memphis needs.

Re: “Ikea Memphis

They choose Memphis because of huge tax breaks there. They are still looking at Nashville but land is too expensive

Re: “Big River Crossing Ceremony

Every cool thing in the pipeline came from the leadership of the last Mayor. Mister BABs (Brilliant at basics) is as dull as the sale section at an Old Navy. He lacks big ideas and vision.

Are these also going to be made into apartments for the hep cat, tattoo-ed, latte sipping young urban computer whizes?

Re: “Adam Guerrero's Garden

Hey can i trade my neighbor for Mr Adam Guerrero. His yard looks awesome. I would much rather have a yard with plants, bees, and kids working then having one neighbor that hoards, the other drug dealers, users, and the last behind me that is dog, kids abuser and none of them wants a yard with flowers, trees, except an over growth of weeds. Mr Adam Guerrero please come and be my neighbor, I would love to have you as a neighbor from Albuquerque NM.

#A287204 was rescued by Memphis Pets Alive! He's still looking for a new family and you can meet him any day of the week at PetSmart located at 5883 Poplar Ave. This guy is affectionate and mild mannered, but very scared of dogs. Email for more information! His new name is Sir Isaac Mewton. :)
