Singer-songwriter Jeffrey Woodson-Jones, is the lead singer and guitarist from the Memphis based band, Big Eddy Hill. He is currently recording his first solo record soon to be released. Jeff's songs reflect his influences such as Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Dan Fogelberg, Tom Petty, The Byrds, and Jackson Browne. Jeff grew up in the delta region of eastern Arkansas, close to Memphis. He was given a guitar at the age of 11 and played frequently until he accidentally stepped on it one day and didn't get another guitar until he was 18. He hasn’t stopped since then. In college he played with various musicians learned to play other instruments. Jeff became a school teacher, but music was his true calling. In 2009, Jeff was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, but he remains busy writing and recording
