Re: “Protesting the Protestors

...and then you have the whole other level of policing, undercover operations and the use of criminal/confidential informants by undertrained OCU/MGU multi-unit gang task force and Shelby County Sheriff Department, where funds are not tracked, evidence not tracked, and gang infiltration influence. The surveillance situation with the Eletronic Frontier Foundation and facebook sending MPD reprimand is consequential in this elevation with activists. Without transparency and full oversight cooperation with a citizen review board that has subpoena power community trust will not be restored.

Re: “Shelby Co. D.A. Has Twitter Meltdown, Internet Watches

Case load might help explain why an unreported gunshot wound by Methodist Healthcare was not prosecuted as per TN law and why there was an attempt to insert a CI who supplied murder weapon in a robbery homicide. This extremely overburdened department is proof of the need for immediate action by Mayors for a Mayors' Office of Criminal Justice for the modernization of the whole system, Judges included! Short of a call for resignation,
Mayor Jim Strickland Mark Luttrell
