Flyer contributor and author of, Justin Fox Burks cooks a five-course dinner revolving around the tomato. On the menu: Cherokee purple tomato tart, roasted heirloom tomatoes over Delta Grind grits, cherry tomato and grilled watermelon salad, and fried green tomato spiced with coriander. For dessert, it’s candied pink tomato and Jones Orchard peach crumble. At press time, there were still some seatings left. Tickets are available at the Trolley Stop Market.
