Re: “Slide Home

In order to allow smoking at ANY TIME, an establishment that serves food MUST be 21 and Over at ALL times. Sorry, but we're actually banking on this being a nice little neighborhood bar once the nighttime begins. Of course we'll be losing family business, but isn't it also nice to leave the children at home with a responsible babysitter and get out once in a while and go to a place where kids aren't running around? Take your kids to Bosco's, or Bayou, or Soul Fish; or to Cafe Ole, or Sweetgrass, or Cafe 1912. There are plenty of options for families. The spice of life is variety, as it is said. Take it or leave it, but 1.) We will be 21 and Over; 2.) Smoking will be allowed after 9PM, so people can still eat inside without being bothered by smoke until then, and 3.) TO NEONDRAGON - That's a brilliant observation, "Frozen isn't fresh." No $hit, that's why the article says "fresh." I'm Aldo, of the article. We're planning on opening on July 22. And the pizza place is still going to open, just taking a long time. Try to open a restaurant sometime and see how long it takes you! Haha. Come join us, and if you have the guts to tell me you're the person who posted "such and such," I'll buy your dinner.
