Re: “Smith & Nephew Sues Fired Engineers for Breach of Contract, Other Alleged Offenses

Smith&Nephew has no Ethics at all whatsoever. I never saw a company so totally bereft of any form of honor or integrity. They put their employees through mandatory courses on ethics all the while the management lies with every breath. Their management is not unethical because they are uneducated about it the sobs are unethical because they are liars and cheats.
They kick out employees with long honorable service records - to save money
Their politics is to throw someone under the bus quickly before it becomes know what high level executive is responsible.
While I believe what these folks did was most unwise - I do understand why they would do it and wish them godspeed.
Smith & Nephew has become a very lousy place to work

Re: “Red Herring

All anyone should need to do is look at the record of Herenton. He has been involved in criminal activity since before he was elected mayor amd he will continue his bogus bad behaviour as lond as he possibly can.
Willie Herenton is nothing but a smart ass, stupid, racist. The only thing he needs to for is the county line. Memphis would be much better off if he is never heard from again.
Please use your head Memphis do not vote for this idiot
