you are both morons. Lets see. Op Scan is 1960 technology. Readers are programed by computers and tabulated by computers. The recount in MN is STILL going on and if they used electronic machines, it could be done in a day. Federal law states that each county print and purchase 110% of the registered voters in each county, thus making any paper based system the most expensive cost per voted ballot. It is ridiculous to think the state spent over $25 million dollars on new equipment that HAS NEVER had one single problem in the state of TN. The state web site shows that there are only two counties out of 95 that use op scan machines so I guess the 93 counties that made the right choice now are wrong? If you want to vote on paper ballots, move out of the country and vote in a socialist society, like Iran?
