Chumney Downplays Friction Fears, Promises to be "Strong Leader" 

Pledging to be a "strong leader, I will tell you that," mayoral candidate Carol Chumney addressed concerns about her personal style this week, telling the Germantown Democratic Club that she hopes to bring a "good team" to office to work with a newly overhauled city council.
