Re: “Condomonium at Playhouse on the Square

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there were 885 reported cases of syphilis in 45- to 64-year-olds in 2000; in 2010, there were more than 2,500. In 2000, there were 6,700 cases of chlamydia in this age group; the number ballooned to more than 19,000 by 2010.
The numbers of older people with HIV has nearly doubled, and 15 percent of new diagnoses of HIV in the U.S. were in people age 50 and older in 2005, which is the most recent year that the CDC calculated the risk for this age group.

Re: “A Visit to Tart

We went at opening and were aware of the deficiencies you noted. Additionally there was no beverage menu and my question regarding coffee was met with a distainful look. Placement of silverware on a central self serve table is a bit off as were the slab plates, no way to pick them up easily, and we see the struggle to provide space for seating, but are fairly certain those chairs and tables will not survive long. I'll I've it a few months to shake down before I return.

Re: “In the Weeds

Ginger Wright, CBD is mentioned, a specific variety. While children with seizures are a more sympathetic picture, there are many people who can benefit from changes in the law than just children with seizures. We are a people united for a common cause and all our faces need to be seen and all our voices need to be heard.

Re: “High Tide

I have Alzheimer's and benefit from MM. I hope there is statewide organization, education and advocacy for this bill. I'm ready to help as much as I can!

Re: “Something's Up at Sears Crosstown

I've been holding out for a City Museum kind of renovation (St. Louis, downtown, similar building) The plan, as laid out several years ago, was like that. As for the inaccuracy in the original article (closing date, demolition, mold) I defer to the learned comments of my neighbors and encourage you to CHECK YOUR FACTS. I'm pretty sure that's the first rule of journalism, but maybe I should check.

Re: “Seeds of Discontent

I would KILL for a individual to open up their yard like that in my neighborhood because we have zero sun and can't grow a thing, despite trying. Our kids went to MASE for a while and I can tell you that everything these kids are learning at this micro community far and away exceeds anything you can teach in a classroom.
