Re: “Marsha Blackburn's Origin Story: When A Mob Invaded the State Capitol

Well, that was a fascinating look at a past moment in time and at Blackburn's complicity in derailing the democratic process.

Why is it when some people don't get their way, they call for reinforcements like gang members or mobsters rather than stand up and argue for what they want themselves? Why do they consistently think violence solves their issues, believing force and abuse are acceptable ways to conduct business.

If an elected official doesn't have the chutzpah to do the job themselves, they don't deserve the position-- what we've been trying to tell the electorate for over twenty years now.

2001, 2021. Guess we'll see in another twenty years whether Blackburn's average for illegally courting insurrection increases or decreases from 5%, as she seems determined to keep putting her and everyone else's lives at risk when she doesn't get her way.

This, in 2001, was the act of a 3-year-old throwing a tantrum or a tattle-tale shirking responsibility. Wonder if she did something similar, regarding the newly-appointed Pentagon officials, who were conveniently unavailable to intervene amidst January 6th's crisis. Can't imagine that's the case, but her willingness in using this tactic makes one suspicious.
