Re: “"West Memphis Three" Hearing Delayed

I just watched Paradise Lost (1996). The whole case is just sad and crazy, crazy. There was no evidence, misplaced evidence, no DNA evidence; here say and lies. Bad pathology, a case based on supposed "satanic ritual" killing and no evidence of a cult killing. Police manipulated testimony of a retarded kid with no parent or lawyer present and only parially taped after hours of untaped testimony-Even then, his tesitmony was incorrect with the facts the police had. Its bogus to me. I have sat on a Jury and we couldn't convict a thief because there was no evidence of the stolen items in his possession. IN SpITe of a police constable saying he saw the guy near the business with the items in the car (he pulled him over for going through a stop sign-he was supposedly a passenger in the car). It could be a case of mistaken identity-even with a police officer.

Besides-they had no eye witnesses, bloody clothing, marks of struggle on their bodies or murder weapon. All of the boys had alibis that night.

Travesty of Justice-the judge and the prosecutor and the police need to pay for their cover-up, soddy detective work and political ambitions and general obstruction of the appeal process.
