La Vida Social A question for Memphis Facebook users: Is being felt up by a monkey really on anyone's bucket list?

Breast Practices Legislation restricting public breastfeeding to children age 1 or younger was lifted this week, despite impassioned, and, quite frankly, intriguing concerns expressed by Hamilton County Republican senator Bo Watson. "Is 35 a child?" Watson asked? "I know that sounds crazy, but I'm thinking of a situation in a bar where maybe things got a little crazy. I know I'm going way out on a fringe thinking a 14-year-old, but weird things happen in our society." And even weirder things seem to happen in the bars where Senator Watson hangs out.

By comparison, even Senator Stacy Campfield (R-Crazytown) sounded mature and statesman-like when he offered an amendment to move the existing age limit to 3, noting "at some point there should be some sort of line." And after 2010's statewide pandemic of public teenage breastfeeding resulted in massive job loss, a stalled economy, and a complete breakdown of our public education system, who can argue?
