Tonight s art openings are at Grace Place for works by Arkansas artist Jeni Stallings; P&H CafÇ for works by Virginia Overton; and Studio 1688 for a group show by six artists. Tonight s Works of Heart Auction at Memphis College of Art features heart-themed art works by more than 100 artists, with proceeds benefiting the Memphis Child Advocacy Center. The incomparable Isaac Hayes is performing two special Valentine s For Lovers Only shows (8 and 10 p.m.) at his nightclub in Peabody Place. The Grizzlies play Portland tonight. It s Chinese New Year Family Day at the Peabody Place Museum, with arts and crafts, martial arts, and live music (if you haven t been to this museum, you must go; one of the best museums in Memphis). Tonight s kickoff of the Full Moon Club 20th Anniversary Weekend features The Gamble Brothers. And at Newby s tonight it s the Memphis Rocks Series featuring Deep Shag.
