There's an opening reception tonight at Jay Etkin Gallery on South Main for "The Personal Elvis Presley, II," works by Jeff Scott. Tonight's Elvis: The 25th Anniversary Concert at The Pyramid is a huge concert with Elvis' band members, lots of other musicians, a special welcome from Lisa Marie Presley, and plenty of video footage of Elvis "playing" with the musicians. Randy Newman is playing the Bartlett Performing Arts and Conference Center tonight. Exodus is at Automatic Slim's. Scotty Moore and Lee Rocker are at the Lounge. Di Anne Price is at the Blue Monkey. As always, The Chris Scott Band is at Poplar Lounge. And if you've had a bad day and want to see some violence, there's Extreme Kickboxing at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven
