Griz Get Buckeye Point Guard 

Choosing fourth in Thursday’s NBA draft, he Memphis Grizzlies selected Ohio State point guard Mike Conley, Jr. as their first pick. Conley is best known locally as a key component of the Buckeye squad that arrested the University of Tigers’ bid for further glory in an Elite 8 match at this year’s NCAA tourney.

Said Conley to a local TV station: Had he known he was coming here, he might have helped the Tigers win. (We think he was joking.)
