Fly on the Wall's intrepid intelligence team recently discovered that Memphis Flyer publisher Kenneth Neill has received quite the promotion after intercepting a letter from The Tennessee Journal, a weekly insider's newsletter on Tennessee government, politics, and business. The missive was addressed to Mr. Ken Neill, Mayor. "Every journey begins with a small step," Mayor Neill says of his recent elevation to power,but he refused to speculate on a run for the presidency in 2004.
