I understand your point, but what are the odds that a building as ornate and attractive as Anderton's was will be put up there? I agree that it would be great to replace an abandoned building with pocket parks, urban art etc, but I just don't see that happening, especially since it's not like the city owns the land.

As a sidenote, Anderton's was becoming a bit of an "Urban Art" spot anyway, if you consider grafitti art.
