Oops! Would-be Dem Chairman Norman Hits Bump in the Road 

A few weeks ago Keith Norman (top), matched against rival candidate Jay Bailey, seemed a good bet to become the next chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party. He still may, but a little "help" he picked up seems to have set him back.
