Why do so many people tend to gravitate toward some crazy gimmicks instead of incorporating good habits. What seems to work for me is varying the level of carbohydrates consumed on differing days. I lost 16 pounds and still maintaining after several months. I really believe I have retrained my eating habits, it is about willpower pure and simple.
