Southern Girls Rock & Roll Camp Coming to Memphis

Got a daughter who likes to rock? Sign her up for Southern Girls Rock & Roll Camp, coming to Memphis June 18-23.

The week-long camp, which started in Murfreesboro four years ago, will be held at the Gibson Guitar Factory and will offer lessons in guitar, drums, bass, keyboard, vocals, and electronic music.

Workshops will also delve into songwriting, recording, music journalism, and more. Besides all that, girls will form their own bands and collaborate on songs for the final showcase to be held on the factory rooftop. How cool is that?

Visit the Southern Girls Rock & Roll Camp website for more.
