And if you want to get a head start on the music fest and hear some bands around town, there s Ruby Wilson & the King Beez at B.B. King s; Delta Funk Convention at the King s Palace patio; The Itals at the Hi-Tone; Chris Scott & Friends at Poplar Lounge; and Scott Sudbury and Patrick Dodd at Newby s.
