The 70s cult classic Walking Tall starring Joe Don Baker as the legendary West Tenenssee lawman Buford Pusser, who grabbed a big stick and led a one-man head-knocking crusade against organized crime, is being remade. The new version, starring wrestling superstud The Rock, promises to be more accurate than the greatly embellished original. In it, Pusser uses his rough-hewn club to bust up the stateline mob as well as the vast army of evil mummies they have summoned from hell to protect their various gambling and prostitution rings.
