WATCH OUT, TUNICA

The Arkansas House of Representatives recently approved a bill that would allow West Memphis residents to vote whether or not they wanted to expand gambling options at Southland Greyhound Park. Arkansas representative Phillip Jackson said the new legislation would not allow games of pure chance, such as slot machines, but "only games where some skill and study is involved including wagering on sports events, NASCAR races, even checkers tournaments.
