Second Floor Contemporary (431 S. Main) is holding its First Annual Holiday Show and Sale, a fund-raiser for its Second Floor Art Alliance. Many of the works from more than 30 well-known area artists — Greely Myatt, Pinkney Herbert, Hamlett Dobbins, Terri Jones, among others — will be priced at under $1,000.
The River Bluff Forge Council is having its Holiday Show and Sale at the Charcoal Store (136 East G.E. Patterson). The sale of metalwork and art will continue Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Also opening tonight is the Midtown Artists Market Holiday Show (552 S. Main), which will run through December 24th.
