WMC Stations to be Sold?

The Memphis Business Journal reports that CBS Corp. is exploring the possibility of selling radio stations in 10 markets, including Memphis. CBS Radio is one of the largest major-market radio operators in the U.S., operating 179 radio stations, the majority of which are in the nation’s top 50 markets.

In Memphis, CBS owns WMC-AM 790, WMC-FM Hot 99.7 and WMFS-FM 93x. Read more here.
