When will Jackson, Trenton and all these other cities wake up to the fact that Elkington and his Performa Company have built a house of cards based upon his connection with Beale Street.
You can't replicate a Beale Street just anywhere, nor should you. If his project were so great, he wouldn't need all this government money to complete them.
