Bill First is a crook who had to ditch his intentions of running for President of this great country when his unethical financial dealings were exposed to the public. Why in the world does he think the good people of Tennessee want to endure his presence as governor? Marsha Blackburn is also a crook who was afraid to vote for the financial rescue bill for fear that she wouldn't be re-elected. She is a coward who wants to take taxpayers' money for all that she can get. I hope she's defeated in November.
As a female, I am appalled by Palin's views on the issues that are so important to me. If she and McCain are elected, the country will spiral into worse shape that it is now. (Great article!)
Marsha Blackburn is George W. Bush in drag.
I visited Umai for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and it was so outstanding, I went a few days later. I'm now sold on Umai. I read the previous poster's review, and while food is personal and subjective, I can't believe we ate at the same establishment. The food is exciting -- delicious and fresh -- and FANTASTIC. We had the same server for both visits, and he was friendly and courteous, yet very professional. The ambiance was fabulous; we sat at the bar both visits because we enjoy watch the chefs works their magic. I'm not a sushi eater per se, and I'm a vegetarian (not vegan), but I loved the vegetable rolls with such fresh ingredients. The fish appetizer that the previous poster referred to was wonderful. I loved the caper sauce and lovely mashed potatoes that were teamed with the flaky fish that had a light outer crust that was just right. Umai is now one of my regular restaurants, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who inquires about restaurants in Memphis!
Re: “Frist in the Bubble”
Sorry -- I intended to type Frist. Of course, in Frist's eyes, he is first (as in Frist first, others second).
