Re: “Best of Memphis 2011: Media

Glad to see Paul Ryburn's blog fall out of the top 3. His journal has degenerated into nothing more than booze infused rambling paragprahs of what him and his friends are up to. Not as much good info for what is going on downtown. Hope he turns it around and gets it good again.

How good meat tastes trumps any health concerns there may be.

Seriously people? The Melting Pot for a romantic dinner? My wife would laugh at me if I took her there.

Re: “Best of Memphis 2010: Media

Glad to see that people are finally recognizing other worthy blogs in the city. Paul Ryburns used to be really great but slowly turned into a commercial for whoever was giving him free beer or food; maybe not the case but that is how it appeared for awhile. But it is slowly getting back to what it used to be.

Re: “Happy 40th, Huey's

Hueys, while still fair, is getting more and more corporate and less and less 'Memphis'. With Thomas' passing and the Sheffields selling their interest to the Bogg's I expect this unfortunate evolution to continue.

Re: “Cohen Gives Congress an 'A' for 2009

Democrats, Republicans, and politicians in general are all to blame for the messes we are in. You morons who always blame the 'other side' are ignorant. Your poo stinks too.
