Couldn't help but notice the top two ways you are suggesting people save are bar tips. Anything about that seem worth looking at?
Barack Obama never claimed to be a left wing liberal. It was the GOP that painted him as such.
His strength has always been in resolving conflict and reaching consensus. He clearly voiced his intention to lead the entire nation and not just parts of it. His voting record in Congress is liberal, but there is a huge difference between representing a district in Congress and leading a nation as president.
There is no way to govern as Clinton did. The times have changed drastically, and Obama is well aware of this. He is choosing the best and the brightest as cabinet heads. His pre-presidency can certainly be compared with several previous administrations,Bill Clinton's included. To compare him to Bill Clinton as president is to accuse Obama of working toward eight years of peace and prosperity. But sadly that will not be possible with the mess Obama has inherited.
I remain as hopeful now as I was when he was elected. He received the votes of many Americans who are not left wing nuts. Although I probably fit into that category, millions of Obama supporters are more centrist.
