it's such a great new space... and still has the fabulous staff who are so nice and helpful. I love buying wine and getting their recommendations. It's just a pleasant place to shop.

Interesting. 20% is pretty standard for me, but I seriously can't stand when tip is included and it is calculated at 20%... I think that for larger groups, when a tip is included on the check, it should be calculated for 15% and then left to the discretion of the customer as to whether it should be raised to 18 or 20% or ever higher.
