In the last few weeks, I have devoted quite a bit of time to reading numerous articles and personal commentaries about the school merger, the SCC's subpoena of the identities of the CA's commenters, the various lawsuits surrounding the proposed merger, and the latest attempts by the suburbs to take their toys and go home. After gathering all of this information, I still don't quite understand what's going on or why so many people in our community seem so determined to have their undies in a permanent twist about SOMETHING.
However, I am sure of one thing and one thing only: I really don't like the word "munis."

After I saw your article on the MIFA Thrift store a few weeks back, I put it on my list of places to check out when I had the chance. I finally made it down there this week and was disappointed to discover that the store will be closing at the end of October. Do you have a follow-up story planned?
