DO NOT COMPLY, NULLIFY! This is an unjust application of the law and its use should be nullified thru non-compliance. If he loses this first case he should demand a jury trial of his peers and educate his community on our common law right to 'jury nullification'. This is when at least one jury member refuses to convict, even if the accused did what they were charged for. Juries have the right to rule on the facts of the case as well as the law itself. The existence of the law could be abusive or the application in the case could be abusive and a jury has every right to rule so. This is more TRUE education that 'the man' doesn't want us to have!
