Soon as you intelligence challenged crusaders cease posting your unsubstantiated nonsense, I'll cease correcting it. Till then.....

There is so much misinformation and pure nonsense posted already on this page that is hardly worth the effort to refute it all. The best advice I can give readers is to take note of the links these folks are providing for "further information" and "support" For their standard, ridiculous arguments against fluoridation. Begin with the first comment by the outfit from New York, New York State Citizens Opposing Fluoridation (nyscof). In the first paragraph, note that they steer readers to the extremely, biased and misinformative website "fluoridealert.org". This website is that of the Fluoride Action Network (FAN), another New York outfit notorious for disseminating mounds of half-truths, out-of-context-quotes, and skewed interpretations of study results in an effort to draw people into following their antifluoridationist agenda. Access this site only with eyes wide open to the bias and the need to verify every word on the site from reliable sources completely independent of FAN, Nyscof, or any other antifluoridationists. The most telling thing about nyscof is the question of why they feel the need to steer readers to the antifluoridationist website "fluoridealert.org for information that has been filtered, edited, and skewed, rather than to reliable, original sources such as the CDC, EPA, FDA, NSF, to name a few, where readers can obtain the unfiltered versions, of information, in its proper context where readers may make their own assessments of the information. This speaks volumes about the total lack of credibility of nyscof.
Next, you have Ron Eheman, who posts the same misinformation copied and pasted from "fluoridealert" or other dubious sources at every site he can. Ron has been informed time and time and time again of the inaccuracies of his posts, yet he continues to irresponsibly post them. "Fluoridegate" that he pushes so hard is nothing but total unsubstantiated nonsense. Watch it if you need a good laugh but that's all it's worth.
Next is jwillie with his standard, irrelevant 5% of the world, Europe does this and that, etc, etc. Like Ron, jwillie has been repeatedly informed of the blatant inaccuracies in his posts all over the Internet. But, he irresponsibly continues to post them. Also note jwillie's reference back to the biased, antifluoridationist website, "fluoridealert.org", instead of referring readers to reliable , original sources such as the CDC, EPA, etc, where they may obtain accurate information in its proper context. Most of jwillie's arguments have been refuted time and time and time again, yet he continues to post the same unsubstantiated nonsense. Read him if you want a laugh, but then verify every word he states through reliable sources completely independent of fluoridealert, FAN, nyscof, or any other biased antifluoridationist websites.
Then, finally we come to Dan Germousse of Australia or somewhere. Dan constantly posts this list of absurd sources consisting of antifluoridationist websites, blogs, and a paper by a Mr. Declan Waugh, an Irishman who lacks any educational degree past the undergraduate college level. Waugh's paper is filled with misinformation, has not been peer-reviewed, has not been published in any respected scientific journal, and has been totally refuted by the Irish government and its official Irish Expert Body on Fluoride and Health.
The one legitimate source Dan cites is the 2006 NRC Committee Report. However antifluoridationists have skewed information from this report so many times, in so many ways, utilizing so many statements out-of-context, that it is ridiculous. This report does not support antifluoridation positions in spite of all the nonsense these people post about it. If I see that they are posting information from this report on this site, I will refute it with full documentation, as I have done countless times before.
So, there you have it. Read the comments if you would like, just do so with eyes wide open to the lack of substantiation, the misinformation, the out-of-context information, and half-truths that are rampant in them.
