Re: “Griz sign Michael Beasley, begin The Michael Beasley Project

And thanks for correcting me, Kevin... you are right- he is officially a PF-SF. He is one BIG "small" though, at 6'9"/6'10", depending on where you look it up. That's actually quite intriguing if he were on court with Zach and Marc... hmmmm. Let's hope he's willing to lay off the weed for awhile....

Re: “Griz sign Michael Beasley, begin The Michael Beasley Project

Kevin, Michael Beasley is a power forward- Not a SG or SF, like you are intimating. His role would be to backup Zach, which is a real team need, as I am not comfortable with a non-athletic younger player(Leuer) and a rookie(Stokes) being the only players behind Randolph. If Beasley keeps his head screwed on straight, as he DID do in Miami last year, then the Grizzlies may have punched themselves a ticket to true championship contention. I was confused by your stating that we did not need another wing... until I realized that you were the one who was confused.

Re: “10 Super-Scary Food Images from the Hungry Memphis Vault

OK Susan- I have not laughed this hard in a long time! Wow- that last one of the turkey is going to give me nightmares... the Blob has given birth to a baby Blob! After seeing this, I feel so ashamed that I gave you crap about the contest 12 pic. I am still laughing...

Re: “South of Beale's Gnocchi Dish

@ Susan- That's a very nice picture. I'd eat that. I'll shut up now, hoping you have a good sense of humor.

Re: “A Fishy Thanksgiving

It also looks like it would be an excellent seafood only stew base... which would be in keeping with "original" tradition... I'm definitely going to try that.

Re: “Guess Where I'm Eating Contest 12

Please pardon the previous sarcasm... but that dish looks dreadful. Maybe it's just a poor picture, I hope? I understand if it is- Bhan Thai posts pictures of it's specials on my timeline that can only charitably be described as "not good". And that's a shame, because I know how good their food actually is. Likewise, whatever restaurant this dish you posted is from, is seriously not being done any favors.

I am not kidding about the "only getting one egg" part, though. That is inexcusable.

Re: “Guess Where I'm Eating Contest 12

Well, it looks like it could be at any of many, many thousands of breakfast places in America. It is such a common dish.

I guess the key to winning will be if anyone else remembers where they got ripped off by only getting one fried egg instead of two, like any self respecting place would give you.

I am very curious to know the answer on this one, so I can avoid the place at all costs... thank you for doing your readers a service by pointing out this cheapskate joint to us. Please hurry with the answer!
