State Senator Ward Crutchfield (D-Chattanooga), one of several prominent legislators to be indicted in the FBIย’s Tennessee Waltz sting, will go on trial in Memphis, beginning July 16th. Prosecutors and defense attorneys reached agreement on the time after conferring with U.S. District Judge J. Daniel Breen in Jackson on Friday.
