Around noon today, the Memphis Fire Department responded to an alarm at the Malco Summer Four Drive-in where one movie screen was engulfed in flames.
Damage estimates are undetermined at this time. Fire officials believe the flames were started by vagrants in a storage shed located near the movie screen. No injuries were reported.
Fourteen pieces of fire equipment and 36 personnel responded to the call. The fire was out by 1:25 p.m.
