According to a press release issued this afternoon, the South Main Association and Experience Art in Memphis, a nonprofit organization once known as Arts in the Park, have joined forces to create a new festival, RiverArtsFest.
The festival, scheduled for late October in the South Main district, will feature a juried art exhibition, artists markets, live entertainment, and more.
