Picked up the cute sticky rice cakes at Kwik-Chek last Saturday.
The spring colors — pink, yellow, purple, green — matched the gorgeous spring-like weather.
The cakes are sort of hard to describe, sweet with a bit of coconut and a red-bean paste inside. Their most marked trait is how very chewy they are.
