Tuyen Le just opened a new restaurant in Collierville called New Que Huong. The name is Vietnamese for "new homeland."

Regulars of the Midtown mainstay Saigon Le will recognize Tuyen right away as one of the two sisters who waited tables there for years.

The menu she put together for New Que Huong is full of traditional Vietnamese rice and noodle dishes, pickled vegetable salads, and brothy soups as well as spring rolls and grilled skewers. You will not find any "Chinese food" or Americanized Vietnamese dishes cluttering up the menu.

I have eaten there twice already, and she has only been open a little more than two weeks. I recommend going with a group so that everyone can order something different to share. The vast menu has many choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. — Justin Fox Burks

Yahoo!!! Tuyen is the greatest, and we love Saigon Le. It's great to know there will be a place closer to home here in Collierville. Can't wait to go see her and eat that delicious food!!!!!

I LOVE this place! Had a delicious lunch a few days ago. I have always been a fan of Saigon Le, and like Candy said, I'm thrilled to have some great Vietnamese close to home.

Pleasant atmosphere, very reasonable prices, nice people, heavenly food. Loved the crispy fried tofu with black bean sauce, shrimp with lemongrass, and the shrimp/pork dumplings with plum sauce.

Tuyen is the heart and soul of the Le family (besides Mama) for me and I am so happy to trek out to her new restaurant. I had phenomenal dish after dish tonight - all with Tuyen's touch. We will be wearing a path between Midtown and Collierville to see the Queen of Saigon, quite regularly. (Sandwiches can still be requested. YUM!!!!)
