Louisiana Wing Sauce with a Local Twist

Matt Writt is the company's marketing manager and the force behind our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
He's also the creator of this Louisiana jalapeno-lime wing sauce.
A couple years ago Matt submitted his recipe for this sauce to the company his father works for. The president of that company saw the recipe, tested a batch, and decided to bring it to market.
The lime in the sauce is the dominate flavor, but the jalapeno is what gives it punch. Add a nice splash of this to something straight off the grill ... wow!
