Mind Games, Girl Scouts?

My coworker claims to have been brainwashed to buy Girl Scout cookies by subliminal messages on the order form.

I'm no expert on subliminal messages, but since you can read these lines outright it seems a little too bald to be subliminal. Suggestive? Goading?

Among the sayings on the form:

• Girl Scout Cookies Make Great Gifts

• Only Available Once a Year

• Girl Scout Cookies Are a Tradition

and, my favorite ...

• Cookies Can Be Part of a Balanced, Healthy Lifestyle

In any case, this coworker only bought 5 boxes, so this hardly makes him the Do-Si-Do Candidate. Now that person who bought 20 boxes ...

I know somebody who pulled his daughter out of the Girl Scouts because of their liberal agenda to turn little girls into lesbians and force them to have abortions. The child is now an American Heritage White People's Girl, where young brains need no washing because they come pre-laundered.
