Ruling: MCS to be Run by Shelby County Schools

The Flyer has received word that Federal Judge Hardy Mays has issued a ruling in the MCS/Shelby County Schools case. Preliminary word is that MCS will become the responsibility of SCS beginning in 2013. Jackson Baker has a report.
